Ordering documents
Simple, non certified certificates are available via our Web service (free of charge).
For certified certificates or documents, please use the order form hereafter,

Notice:
We do not send any documents abroad. If you wish to order from outside Switzerland, please arrange for shipping and billing address in Switzerland.
"Certificates of good standing" as defined in other jurisdictions are not available in Switzerland. However, a certificate of the register of commerce would indicate a bankruptcy if pronounced by court. Instead, there is no legal obligation for companies to provide the register of commerce regularly with annual reports or any other periodical report. Please request these reports directly from the company.
Our tarifs are based on a federal ordinance.
Certified certificate: CHF 50.-
Simple certificate, at our office: CHF 10.- (or downloaded from the internet for free)
Copies of documents (memorandum and articles of association etc.):
CHF 5.- respectively 10.-/page, min. CHF 20.-, max. CHF 120.-
Payment against invoice. Documents ordered at our desk in principle payable in cash (or by Postcard / Maestro - credit cards are not accepted).
Important information: Please indicate at least your name and your telephone number in the field "Shipping and billing address". Without this information, we will not send any extracts. Thank you for your comprehension.
